Control Layer which turns Systems into Operations

Coordinated Delivery

Controls infrastructure aligned with power, communications, mechanical, and security systems from project inception.

Systems Alignment

Automation integrated across building systems to provide visibility, coordination, and operational consistency.

Operational Continuity

Real-time monitoring and response capabilities supporting reliable operations across critical environments.

Integrated Convergence

Building systems connected through a unified automation platform that enables informed decision-making.

Context

Integrated automation establishes how facilities monitor, respond, and operate as a coordinated environment. The project required alignment between controls, electrical infrastructure, communications systems, mechanical equipment, and operational technology to ensure visibility and responsiveness across critical systems. Success depended on embedding automation into the infrastructure strategy from the start rather than layering controls into the facility after construction.

Execution

SMCiS coordinated control pathways, monitoring readiness, system interfaces, and automation infrastructure as part of the broader infrastructure program. Controls were aligned with power, communications, mechanical, security, and operational technology systems to create a connected operating environment before systems went live. Each component was delivered as part of an integrated solution designed to improve visibility, coordination, and real-time responsiveness.

Outcome

The completed environment delivered enhanced operational awareness, faster response capabilities, and improved control across interconnected systems. By integrating automation with the infrastructure it supports, the facility achieved greater visibility, stronger system coordination, and more efficient operations across critical environments.
