Employee Referrals

For each person you refer to SMC Infrastructure Solutions you will receive a $500.00 referral bonus after the friend or relative has completed his or her 90-Day Probationary Period with satisfactory performance.

Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance

SMC Infrastructure Solutions provides all regular full-time employees with group Health and Dental Insurance as well as optional Vision Insurance.

The Medical, Dental and Vision Plan benefit is available the 1st of the month after an employee has completed 30 calendar days of continuous employment.

SMC Infrastructure Solutions pays a substantial portion of your premium. The employee’s portion of the premium will be deducted from the weekly paycheck.

Short Term Disability

All regular full-time employees are eligible for disability benefits due to sickness or non-job related accidents after one full year of employment. Managers and Executives receive this benefit after 3 months of employment. All premiums under this disability insurance plan are fully paid by SMC Infrastructure Solutions.

Long Term Disability

All regular full-time employees are eligible for disability benefits due to sickness or non-job related accidents after one full year of employment. Managers and Executives receive this benefit after 3 months of employment. All premiums under this disability insurance plan are fully paid for by the employee.

401(K) Profit Sharing

An employee becomes eligible to participate in SMC Infrastructure Solutions’ 401(k) plan after 90 days of employment. The most popular form of voluntary savings is through a tax-deferred arrangement called a 401(k) plan, which allows you to contribute a percentage of your salary. SMCiS currently matches 10% of the employees contribution. 

Paid Time Off

SMC Infrastructure Solutions offers paid time off (PTO) to regular full-time employees in lieu of the traditional benefits of paid vacation, personal days and sick days. PTO provides an opportunity for rest and relaxation, free from the work environment, to enjoy family, friends and recreational pursuits. Accrual of PTO is based on length of service with SMC Infrastructure Solutions.

Holidays

All regular full-time employees are eligible for 8 paid holidays equaling eight hours per day at their regular base rate.
